Houston, we have a problem, there is a creepy clown on the loose! Or at least there is at Phobia Haunted House, Houston’s most sinister attraction. Enjoy an optional visit here this evening and test your nerves with an interactive walk through, filled with all kinds of terrorising characters. Afterwards, why not sample some Texas barbeque and hit the lively bar and restaurant scene.

Once you’ve had your fill of Natchez’s historic churches, interesting landmarks and Instagrammable sunsets, we take a self-guided tour of Myrtles Plantation, one of the most haunted homes in America. This antebellum house contains secrets from a gruesome incident that occurred more than 150 years ago.

Aside from its laws to steal someone else’s alligator, New Orleans’ is deeply rooted in voodoo culture – where its not uncommon to see families ceremoniously whitewash tombs in the French Quarter and worship Papa Legba. Hear the real deal for yourself at Preservation Hall before entering the “cities of the dead” world famous cemeteries. At night, head to Bourbon Street, where anything goes, especially when the sun goes down.

Legend has it that if you keep a pumpkin outside your door, it will ward off evil spirits, but we think that’s just a bunch of Hocus Pocus! Keep driving, until you reach Birmingham. This historic city is located at the bottom of the Appalachian Mountains and is a buzz of activity.
