ASH FREE GUARANTEE
As we realize some of you may have concerns about booking your summer holidays, we would like to re-confirm our policy in dealing with past volcanic ash disruptions.
All tours are departing as scheduled, and will continue to do so, as many of our passengers are already in North America or travelling from regions unaffected by air space restrictions. Any client who is unable to make the departure point due to volcanic ash disruption will be assisted by our operations and sales teams to meet up with the group when an alternative flight is available.
If this is not possible, you can also re-book onto an alternative tour*. If the cost of the alternative tour is lower than your original tour, we will refund you the difference. If the cost of the alternative tour is higher, you will be required to pay the difference.It's as simple as that, so don't let that cloud over your head get in the way of this summer's sun!
