First up, the daddy of all canyons. Staying two nights is an open invite to explore some of those cliff-top walking trails and monumental observation spots. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise and an unforgettable helicopter flight over this incredible natural wonder. You are sure to be left with feelings of awe and amazement.
Accommodation: Camping included
-
Day: 3 Monument Valley
Get that red dust beneath your boots and pitch camp under a million blazing stars. Monument Valley has been used in Hollywood scenes from Westerns to 2001: A Space Odyssey and everything in between. Be amazed as our Navajo guide takes us deep into the sacred valley on our included jeep tour under azure Arizona sky. Tonight, experience a stunning sunset over the mesa and buttes.
Accommodation: Camping included
-
Day: 4 Wild West Cowboy Camp
It's time for our Wild West Cowboy Camp. Yee-ha! If you packed a ten-gallon hat, tonight's the night to wear it. After an exciting horseride though the desert, tuck into your delicious cowboy feast before a great night under the western stars.
Accommodation: Camping included
-
Day: 5 Canyonlands
It couldn't sound more like cowboy country if it tried. It's dressed for the part too, with its flat-topped mesas streaked in burnt oranges, amber and deep red... perfect for hiking! We immerse ourselves with magnificent views of Canyonlands and take in the breathtaking vistas that surround us. This is one of America's least known, but most spectacular National Parks!
Accommodation: Camping included
-
Day: 6/7 Arches National Park
The park's name says it all. Some 2,000 orange sandstone arches strike their poses. Saddle up and set off on your mountain bike along the Slickrock Trail. Weird and wonderful rock formations add surreal decoration to exciting bike routes and challenging hiking circuits are perfect for the HUMMER tour! The scenery here is breathtaking and a sunset stroll to Delicate Arch tops most 'to do' lists.
Accommodation: Camping included
-
Day: 8 Bryce Canyon National Park
It's Wall Street, but not as you know it. Follow this narrow passage through sheer rock face and pop up in the Silent City, an astounding gathering of those trademark hoodoos, makes for a beautiful walk. What's a hoodoo when it's at home? Actually, Hoodoos are weird and wonderful rock spires arranged in rows as far as the eye can see. They will leave you searching for your own way to describe this 'indescribable' place.
Accommodation: Camping included
-
Day: 9 Zion National Park
All canyoned out yet? Not a bit of it! So go with the flow - the flow of the Virgin River, that is, as it cuts a snaking path between tinted cliff walls. Or hike to the famed Angel's Landing for an amazing birds-eye view. Okay, so getting up there can be devilish at times, but the trail puts Zion on a 360-degree display of this magnificent national park.
Accommodation: Camping included
-
Day: 10 Las Vegas
How about one last cowboy encounter, Sin City-style? Say hi to Vegas Vic and Vegas Vicky, the neon twosome who beat all those other Vegas signs hands down. We'll tour the city and then the night is yours to explore the clubs and casinos.
Tour ends at approx 17:00 hours on day 10 in Las Vegas.
