Trek hotels are all set up to take care of you - clean, comfortable, safe and inexpensive. We have negotiated an allotment of rooms in all the Trek Hotels and booking in advance guarantees a bed will be there for you.
Please note that no reservation changes can be made later than one month before your trek departure and there are no refunds for cancelled accommodation vouchers.

Hampton Inn and Suites offer a FREE shuttle for airport pickups and drop-offs. Airport pickups are outside the baggage claim and can be arranged by using the hotel phones located in the baggage claim area to call the listed number for the hotel. For drop-offs at the airport, clients can schedule times with the hotel front desk. The hotel also offers free daily shuttle departures to designated major attractions within Boston - ask hotel staff for details.

The local Taxi Union operates a "shared taxi" or "collectivo" shuttle from the airport to the hotel for approx. MP $70 (US $15-20). Purchase a taxi voucher at the desk just outside the main terminal. They will issue you a receipt/ticket which you give directly to the taxi driver, do not pay him direct. The shuttle will make several stops before arriving at the hotel and should take about 45 minutes.

Their representatives can be located just outside each baggage claim area in blue or gold jackets. They will issue you a boarding pass but payment is made directly to the driver of the van. Transfer takes approximately 45 minutes. Alternatively pre-book a shuttle by calling 'Super Shuttle' on 305-871-2000 in advance. A taxi to the hotel will cost approx. US$35.00.

From this airport there are two easy and affordable methods for transportation to the Holiday Inn Harmon Meadow Secaucus by Taxi or by Shuttle.
Taxis can be found just outside of the Baggage Claim and for approximately US$55 can take you to the Holiday Inn Harmon Meadow Secaucus. This journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
Shuttle service can be found adjacent to the Baggage Claim Area of the Airport. The 'State Shuttle' costs approximately US$40 (including tip) for transport to the Holiday Inn Secaucus. Reservations for the shuttle are suggested and can be made by calling 'State Shuttle' at (800) 427-3207 or (973) 729-0030. For more information and alternative routes please see the New Jersey Buses and Trains website at www.njtransit.com or the New York Port Authority website at www.panynj.gov.
Transfer information: from JFK or La Guardia Airports:
From JFK and La Guardia airports you must transfer to the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan first. You will need to change at the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal and take another transfer to the Holiday Inn Hotel.
1). To transfer from the airport to NY Port Authority Bus Terminal:
By Shuttle: The "Super Shuttle" service can be found adjacent to the Baggage Claim Area of the Airport and costs approximately US$25.00 (including tip) to the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal.
By Bus: The most convenient service is the "New York Airport Express Service Bus". This bus departs from both airports every 20-30 minutes (7am- midnight) and stops are located at the 'Express Bus Stop' at each airport terminal. Cost is US$15.00. For reservations or for more info call (718) 875-8200. Use taxis for transport during the hours of midnight-7am.
2). To transfer from NY Port Authority Bus Terminal to the Holiday Inn
Buses depart every 30 minutes to the Holiday Inn Secaucus. Proceed to NJ Transit Bus 320 which departs from Platform #71 in the NY Port Authority Bus Terminal and runs to a shopping area called The Plaza at Harmon Meadows in Secaucus, New Jersey. The Holiday Inn Harmon Meadow Secaucus is located within this shopping area. Within The Plaza at Harmon Meadows there are several bus stops. Inquire with the bus driver for the bus stop closest to the Holiday Inn. This bus fare costs approximately US$2.85 (one-way).
