Most flights booked online are an instant purchase requiring full payment immediately, even if you're not travelling for 8 months! Tickets bought online are often non-changable and non-refundable.
• FLEXIBILITY: If you decide to change the dates of your flights, you can do so free of charge up to eight weeks before your flight departure, subject to availability and airline rules. This is particularly useful as occasionally trips can change, as can your own plans.
• PEACE OF MIND: We can temporarily hold seats on a flight without payment for a few days. This allows you to finalise your plans, safe in the knowledge that your seats are secure. We only use quality scheduled airlines and are fully IATA, ABTA and ATOL bonded giving ample customer protection.
• SERVICE: Our staff all love travelling and have undergone specialist flight training. As a team we have vast experience in booking flights and pride ourselves on treating our clients as individuals not just a number.
