We may from time to time contact you with further information on the latest offers, brochures, products or services which we believe may be of interest to you, from TrekAmerica Travel (a part of PEAK Adventure Travel), and group companies of PEAK Adventure Travel Group Limited.

1. This competition is being jointly promoted by TrekAmerica and sister company Grand American Adventures.
2. Promotion is open to anyone 18 years old and over, excluding employees of TrekAmerica Travel and their immediate families. Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.
3. No Purchase Necessary. To enter simply complete and submit the web entry form. Closing date is 5:30 P.M (London time) on 30th April 2012. Prize must be taken before September 30th 2012.
4. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided within 5 working days from the draw date, and you must respond to such notification within a further 7 days, otherwise the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner for that prize.
5. THE PRIZE: Winner can choose to travel on either TrekAmerica's 10 day Canyon Adventure, including an overnight rafting trip on the Colorado River, or Grand American Adventures 14 day Southwest in Depth tour, including a 2 night Western Ranch stay. Available departure dates will be supplied to the winner once drawn. Prize also includes return flights from London UK airports with United Airlines (subject to availability), all accommodation on tour, one pre and one post nights hotel accommodation, all national park entry fees (as listed in itinerary), an allowance for a food kitty to cover most meals while camping, transportation by adventure vehicle and services of TrekAmerica's professional tour leader.
6. THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Return travel from homes to London UK airport, transfers to and from US airports, overseas airport taxes, applicable travel visas, personal travel & medical insurance, food purchased outside the food kitty, optional activities and spending money.
7. The winner must either take out appropriate travel insurance via TrekAmerica or have another adequate policy in place at time of travel and will be responsible for ensuring that they have a valid EU passport with minimum six month validity beyond the return date, and that they are eligible and obtain a US Immigration visa in good time for their travel.
8. Bookings are subject to normal tour and flight conditions and cannot be altered once booked.
9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative is available.
10. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.
11. The Promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at it's sole discretion, reject an entry/entries.
12. This promotion is operated under the rules and regulations of the UK sales promotions industry.
13. The Promoter's decisions in all matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
