We have just completed the Westerner 2 adventure with our Trek leader Dave Bandes. This trek has been a unique, unforgettable experience from beginning to end. We had no idea what to expect but couldn't have asked for more from either the trip itself or our guide.

As we have been told, you are not able to fully appreciate the true enormity of the Grand Canyon from stories alone - it has to be seen to be believed. A truly awesome way to start the trip with one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You would expect the following places to be a bit of a let down after such a masterpiece, however this couldn't have been further from the truth. The flexibility of our trip allowed us a night in Zion, where we were given the opportunity to climb Angel's Landing. As one of us being terrified of heights, completing this was something of an achievement that shall never be forgotten.

We could give you endless accounts of our adventures on this trip, however the point of this letter is to obviously thank 'TrekAmerica' for our tour, but moreover our guide Dave, for his smooth organisation and leadership skills, which made the trip so much fun to be part of. Dave was enthusiastic right from the beginning and his energy put everyone else in good spirits. His knowledge of the places we visited along with his ability to tailor the tour around the groups needs contributed to our overall enjoyment of the trip.

We'll not hesitate to recommend TrekAmerica to any of our friends and family. It has been an experience we'll never forget, giving us the best possible start to our future travels.
