We did Westerner 2 in August 2004 and we just want to say that it was the BEST trip EVER! Considering neither of us wanted to do a trek it was a very memorable experience. It wouldn't have been such a great trek without the people on it who made it what it was. Thanks guys love you loads and thank you Tara (caterpillar) for being the best leader we could have hoped for.
Who can forget when you told the gorgeous tour leader in Vegas that we had mistaken him for our dessert and how can anyone forget how long it took us both to put up our tents every time we went to a different place. Oh and of course our SUNBURN. Oh and does everyone remember our favourite song, 'Hey Lady' which we bored you all to death with, we still play it now.
Plus a big thanks to Priscilla, we love you, even though you have been washed now. Such a shame. Anyone thinking of doing a trek, what more could you ask for? It covers San Francisco, Vegas, LA and the Grand Canyon. This was an unforgettable experience with many happy memories.
